Dr. Mitanjali Sahoo is a distinguished researcher specialising in Education and Psychology. She is currently posted as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Teacher Education at the Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, India. Formerly an Assistant Professor at Harkamaya College of Education, Gangtok, she earned her Ph.D. from Utkal University with a focus on student anxiety and adjustment. Dr. Sahoo also holds an M.Phil. in Economics, as well as B.Ed. and M.Ed. degrees. Her scholarly work includes presenting at various state, national, and international conferences, publishing several articles in reputable journals, and authoring the book “Adolescent Behaviour.” Her dedication to advancing educational research and understanding continues to impact the field.

Dr. Mitanjali Sahoo specializes in Psychology of Education, Methodology of Educational Research, Educational Measurement and Evaluation, Guidance and Counseling, Statistics in Education, Curriculum Studies and Social Science Education. She has published several praiseworthy research articles in reputed journals and presented several research papers in various state, national as well as international level conferences and seminars. She is currently working on various psychological aspects of human personality like achievement, intelligence, creativity, anxiety, adjustment, self-concept etc; Career counseling, educational and vocational guidance; issues and concerns in assessment at school and higher education level, pedagogical approaches in school subjects, Social Science Education as well as curriculum development.
